At ECD Lacrosse, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your gear, including a copy of the packing slip inside the box.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
